How Do We Do This?

Submit a request on our Contact Page:

Let us know what package you’re interested.
Submit your manuscript along with a 1 to 2-page summary. This is for two reasons:

To make sure we are lining you up with the correct editor

To evaluate and determine a fair cost

Include any questions

We will confirm the receipt and send you an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and then get to work on a sample edit.

Once finished you will receive the sample edit and proposed contract.

Decide if RM Story Consulting is a fit for you. If so sign, return the contract and we will provide you an invoice with the due date matching the start date. Payment is only accepted via PayPal.

When the edits are finished – the manuscript will be returned to you. You will be given time to review the changes and if you picked a package that includes consultation – we will schedule a call(s).

We will have scheduled calls – the number depends on the package you selected. The purpose of the calls is to discuss the changes that were recommended and to help brainstorm and to come up with solutions for the problems that were found in the manuscript.
